Shipping Process:

We strive to fulfill your order swiftly, typically requiring 2-5 working days to prepare and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Certain items may necessitate extended processing times, particularly during peak seasons or due to stock availability. Once your order enters our shipping pipeline, modifications, including address changes, cannot be accommodated. SlyTravel operates during business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order departs our facility.

Tracking:

Rest assured, all SlyTravel orders are equipped with tracking numbers for real-time monitoring. Upon dispatch to the carrier's sorting facility, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow a brief period for the tracking details to reflect accurately.

Shipping durations vary based on destination within Europe:

- Local: 3-5 Business days
- EU Countries: 5-10 Business days
- Non-EU Countries: 7-14 Business days

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

For international shipments, recipients may incur import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. SlyTravel does not dictate these charges and cannot anticipate their exact amounts. In the event of a rejected shipment, the buyer assumes liability for any associated import taxes and return shipping costs.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
